Topic: Putting it all together - Case Studies from Local Contexts

This session build on the learning from our sessions on AAC coaching (Term 2) and low- and mid-tech options for AAC (Term 3), with examples from local therapists of case studies in special schools, classroom-wide supports, and early childhood.

We would love to capture the expertise and learnings of our wider SIG members. There will be time available for SIG members to contribute/share of their experiences in these areas of interest (2-10 minutes):

• Contexts: special schools, mainstream, ECE

• Recent trial/implementation with a client who is using their AAC tool with success

• Client using multiple types of AAC

• Big change or factor that supported a team with learning a new AAC tool

• Tricky case study to problem solve with the SIG group
