Christchurch - LAMP Language Acquisition through Motor Planning
Who can attend?
This event is targeted at professionals working with people who use AAC. However, it is appropriate for anyone who is keenly interested in learning more about LAMP, or who is already using the LAMP approach. Attendees may be parents, carers, therapists, educators, education support, or university students who have some knowledge of AAC.
There are a limited amount of places available for whanau members and Speech Language Therapist students. Their price is $100. Please contact ATANZ to register.
The aim of this workshop is to educate attendees in the principles of LAMP and its application with various AAC systems, so that they feel confident to implement the LAMP approach in their daily practice.
