Cancellations and refund policy ATANZ
Event Cancellation Policy
All events are subject to a minimum participant requirement in order to proceed. ATANZ will confirm whether an event will take place no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled date.
In the event of insufficient registration numbers, or due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, ATANZ reserves the right to cancel the event.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Refunds Following Event Cancellations by ATANZ
In the event that ATANZ cancels a scheduled event, participants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. Where possible, an option to attend the same event at an alternative location may be offered.
Please note that ATANZ is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfares, accommodation, or other related expenses.
Cancellations by Attendees
If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend the ATANZ event, you may cancel your registration by emailing notice to

- Cancellation 14 days or more before event: Full refund
- Cancellation less than 14 days before event: No refunds or credit
Substitutions
Registered participants may be substituted at no extra charge, no later than 3 working days before the start of the event, by notifying us via email at
Non-Attendance
No refund or credit will be given where the participant fails to attend the course on the day, unless special circumstances apply.
Extenuating / Special Circumstances
ATANZ recognises that extenuating or special circumstances may, at times, require a participant to cancel at short notice.
In such cases, participants may submit a written request for consideration to waive the standard cancellation and refund policy.
